Prior to starting Carrington Talent Group, I spent over 20 years building, leading, and coaching teams at startup and mid-sized organizations.

By founding Carrington Talent Group, I’ve been able to continue my impactful work of coaching, executive recruiting and matching organizations with specialized consultants and project-resources.

When we work together, you’ll notice that my network reaches far and wide, encompassing top talent (many from diverse and/or historically marginalized communities across a variety of industries and functions). My 15+ years at MLT are to thank for much of that network, as are the strong relationships I build with my clients and the quality of work we produce here.
