Meet Catherine Carrington
Prior to starting Carrington Talent Group, I spent 20+ years building, leading, and coaching teams at startup and mid-sized organizations. By founding Carrington Talent Group, I’ve been able to continue my impactful work of coaching, executive recruiting and matching organizations with specialized consultants and project-resources. When we work together, you’ll notice that my network reaches far and wide, encompassing top talent (many from diverse and/or historically marginalized communities across a variety of industries and functions).
